Our properties are reasonably priced because we offer landlords a free service. We do not charge landlords any commission at all and in return they keep the rents low for us. Some landlords who have a large portfolio of properties have greatly reduced their rents on their smaller properties and in some cases these saving can be as much as 25%. In order to gain access to our properties and our appointment making service we charge a one-off service fee.

What we do
Spacelet was set up in 2003 to meet the demands of people looking for affordable accommodation in London. Our clients typically consist of people who have recently moved to London from other countries, those who have relocated for work purposes or simply those who are already in London and are either too busy due to work commitments to actively search for properties themselves or are just looking for a more affordable property.
Unlike High Street Estate Agencies, once you have been accommodated there are NO FURTHER FEES to pay to us, such as referencing fees, credit search fees, checking-in/checking-out charges or any other fees whatsoever. You will sign the contract directly with the landlord, and your rent and deposits are paid directly to the landlord.
How it works
Our experienced and professional staff are at hand to help you every step of the way. Moving does not have to be stressful, let us take the strain out of sourcing your ideal space. Trying to find accommodation whilst working or coping with your usual day-to-day responsibilities can be quite a daunting task. Once you join the agency, our experienced staff will source and contact landlords on your behalf and make appointments for you to view properties on the days you are available, leaving you free to get on with other matters. All you have to do is contact our team and let us know what time you are available to view properties and we will do all the rest and forward your appointments onto you by email, phone or text message.
